1987 base model hatchback, appears to be a southern car, receipts found inside when I bought it were from TN and NM, and some from southern California. Have factory manuals, car appears to have no modifications, has original 1.3 L carburated engine, original 4 spd with factory a/c, also have original AM/FM radio. When I bought it I was told it had not been driven in winters, and I have stored out of the weather under roof during winters.The interior is maybe 4-5/10, front seats are out of an 84 Civic sedan, (original fronts the faric was rough and the foam deteriorated, finally the metal frames failed at the welds), has original back seats, will need recovering. Headliner intact but showing it's age. Original carpet rough & should be replaced. floors, doors and structure all solid. Clearcoat peeling, appears to be factory paint. I originally bought it 2001 & it had 149,000 on the clock, I drove daily to work during summers, until around 2009, then sold it to a neighbor who needed a car for the summer, and bought it back from him fall of 2011 as he was no longer using it. He also stored it winters. Some surface rust is visible along rocker edges, see pics, but no other body rot that I have noticed. Can take addtional pics and email if interested. Have kept all repair/parts receipts since purchase. Car runs and drives, had on the road last summer, 50 mpg typical city/highway. Also have spare 1.5 engine with 125,000 miles that has been stored indoors, and 5 speed manual these are from an 84 Civic, plus spare rims tires parts etc. A/C works, probably needs recharge by now. Only defect I am aware of is the clutch pedal seems stiff, the mechanism may need lube, or new pressure plate, clutch may be original, but it does not slip.
