Selling a classic 1982 Suzuki GS1100E. Bought from the original owner with the original blue/gold California plate. Pretty clean example for it's age of an iconic hotrod, while the competition fell short of this bike. Please check out the article by Motorcycle Classics on the history. I believe it is the predecessor to the GSXR. This example has braided front lines, 5 in total, new tires, chain and sprockets. Comes with period Vance and Hines, although it has been dented somewhat by the original owner. It also has a period fork brace. This bike has been set up for touring, with heated grips, plug in for a heated jacket, Givi trunk and a period luggage rack. It does have some carb issues at the moment and does seem to have the dreaded clutch basket rattle at low idle, but goes away when idle smooths out. So with a little work, this bike can be a really nice ride. I have no way of shipping this bike, so please make arrangements. Thanks for looking.
