Nice little '02 Dodge Neon It isn't perfect but could be a great car for someone that has the time and mechanical knowledge to fix it up Brakes, tires, transmission, exhaust are all good Has new timing belt and water pump New starter, starter has a toggle switch, purchased that way, not sure why but the toggle works well if you remember to turn it off after starting the car. Engine turns over and cranks with minor back fire - I cannot get it to continue to run Also needs a new power steering pump All 4 plugs have spark, fuel injection is releasing fuel, all fluid levels are proper and i find no leaks. May need a new head gasket. Body and interior are good and clean. Clean New York State title.
