Vehicle Detail

I purchase my 2010 Prius new in Sept. 2009. I had to wait 2 months for it’s arrive because it was a custom order-new model with sunroof and silver color. Today my car has 149k meticulously maintained miles. The car is solid and clean, top to bottom because I took care of it and I wasn’t’ planning on selling it. Any and all parts ever added to or replaced on this vehicle was with use of factory Toyota OEM equipment. I kept a strict schedule for all Toyota's maintenance listed in the owners book. I have all receipts for anything related to cost and maintenance of the car. All miles drove were between my wife and I mostly on long open road commuting to work. The car was driven in a safe and responsible manner over the years and no aggressive throttling or abusive handling took place. I can confidently say my Prius is (and has been) in perfect working order since inception of ownership. At any moment without hesitation I would drive my Prius coast-to-coast if I had to without concern of a breakdown. The care drive very well. It is straight and true (we avoid parking blocks and curbs at all costs!) The front and rear lenses cost me $85 each in Dec. 2017 for a lifetime (per paid owner) they would never oxidize. Now night driving is like a new car again. I installed Michelin Defender XT’s which are made specifically for the Prius. It’s the best tire you can buy for the Prius. which is specifically made for a Prius. Interior is super-clean. We're non smokers and the interior is in great clean shape. I’m willing to make myself available and speak with anyone with questions about my car. I also have video and additional photos I can provide upon request. Thank you.On May-16-18 at 22:29:59 PDT, seller added the following information: LISTING INFO UPDATE!!!! I'm was attempting to upload additional photos however it appears I'm restricted to do so at this point in my listing. So I'll explain. I have all original and purchase docs (including a photo of it I'm willing to email you), manuals, vehicle operation guide, tire purchase (Costco), Platinum Service Agreement details (which my car was on), original peel-off window sticker, temp license plate, 2010 Prius Toyota color brochure, etc. I also noticed on the driver side photo of my Prius there appears to be a white scrape at the bottom of the door. It's actually wax that was forgotten to get wiped off. The front photos of the car don't seem to show some of the stone dings across the front bumper and hood of the car. I can provide anyone interested with better photos that depict this, if requested. In 2010 Toyota factory suggested changing over to SAE 0W-20, I done so immediately after the first 5k mile engine break in. Speaking of which I followed the guide on breaking the new Prius in properly. If the buyer is from AZ, the tags are good until September 30, 2018 I rotated tires at every 5k intervals with oil changes. All oil changes used Toyota brand oil, filer and plug replacement washer. My Prius does not and never has leaked one drop of fluid or oil. The rear hatchback fearing is over oxidized and should be repainted. This only cost a few hundred bucks, but I'm selling the car and not going to do it. I use a microfiber rag and some instant shine and it looks ok. The silver painted panel on the back of the hatchback door (PRIUS symbol is on it) for some reason has oxidized where waxing it don't do much justice. It should be sprayed, wouldn't cost that much and would look great. On the top of the car, on the divers ide hatchback (behind the moon roof) the little black plastic clip is missing. I think I say one on EBay for $13 OEM replacement. As of the past 2 months, I noticed a pencil tip size ding at the 10 o'clock position of the driver-side rear tire. In my original description, I mentioned "lenses" front and rear. I did not purchase replacement lenses for the front or rear of the Prius. I hired a professional car cleaner who did some amazing work on the factory lenses. They look better than new in my opinion. It makes all the difference in night driving and really helps the car's appeal. I'll chime in with more if I think of any. Thanks! On May-16-18 at 22:52:03 PDT, seller added the following information: ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I forgot to mention that every component, mechanical or electrical including dash board lights and sensors ALL WORK. I've never had a single bulb burn out. All functions as shown on the LCD screen are accurate to the cars operating order. Example. When the Solar panel is changing the bars on the screen match the change level. (The charge level of the main battery works exactly the same now as it did the day I bought it). Over the years I've not seen one change or derogation in it's level of consistency or timing for which the main battery gets charged from a running engine or solar panel charge. Arizona is a hot state. Particularly Phoenix. We live and drove the car in Phoenix. We were very comfortable with the A/C running and despite hot summer temperature my Prius never once overheated or endured engine/heat stress of any kind. Proper maintenance, flushing of the engine and radiator as advised make all the difference in the longevity and good running of a car. On summer drives to Las Vegas or Palm Springs we would usually drive early hours to avoid excessive driving heat, however on occasion we made the drive in the heat of the day. When it comes to climbing a 6000 ft elevation over a 27 mile grade, with a Prius 1.8 liter motor in 117 degree heat, you do not race to the top as fast as you can unless you don't care about your car engine. My wife and I know how to delegate our Prius up that grade, or any grade at that matter in a fashion that keeps the car engine as stress free as possible to avoid excessive wear and tear. That is how we drove this Prius. It's mainly common sense. Goes along way when looking to buy a good used car. On May-16-18 at 23:15:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Over the years I've rarely seen our less than 50. It seems to hover be between 51 and 52 MPG and I never use the ECO mode. This has been attained by normal driving. We are not intentionally nursing it to get our 51 or 51 MPG average. I know for a fact it's possible to beat a 52 MPG average on my Prius in non-ECO mode. We once experimented and yielded a 57MPG average, was just a little on the slow side off the line for my liking. I assume someone who wants to squeeze more MPG can do so by leveraging the ECO feature on this Prius. Alternatively, there's the POWER Mode. I've used it maybe a dozen or 2 times in 8 years. It's EXCELLENT and works without fail if you need to quickly get to a far lane from a red light. Once your in your destination lane kick power mode off and your back to normal. We have both original OEM fobs, one include the key entry. They work excellent.
