This Bimmer is fast. Faster than an M2. This is a Colorado car, garage-kept, and adult driven; never smoked in, and never raced. This vehicle was specially ordered by the seller and constructed at BMW’s plant in Leipzig, Germany. The seller took delivery after the dealer-installed DINAN and Quaife modifications were completed in June 2016. Power is generated by a 3-litre inline six, with high precision direct injection, double VANOS variable valve timing (intake and exhaust), Valvetronic variable intake valve lift (no throttle body), and TwinPower turbocharger, plus DINAN carbon-fiber cold air intake, DINAN Stage 2 performance tuner and DINAN free-flow stainless exhaust (sounds great as a bonus). Gear selection is purely manual, via the 6-speed manual transmission. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a Quaife ATB limited slip differential (machine work by HP Autosport in Santa Barbara, California, installation prior to delivery by Schomp BMW). Grip is provided by Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, upgraded from 225 to 235 in front and from 245 to 255 in the rear. Speed is computer limited to 186 MPH (300 km/h, the speed rating of the tires). Colorado title is in the sellers name, held by BMW Financial Services. Next service is due June 2018. At buyers option, seller will have this service completed prior to delivery.
