This is a low mileage, used 2007 Ford Taurus. It comes with the original owner's manuals, two sets of keys and remote key fobs, spare tire and jack, plus a gas cap with key and a well-used sun shade. The car has quite a lot of dents and paint scratches on the exterior. (Some from my great grand mother...) It has been in a couple of low speed accidents while in my use. (Such could be called fender benders...) There is no frame damage or flooding damage that I know of. The interior has a few stains here and there. The worst of which are on the driver's floorboard, (Replaceable.) and a wood-glue stain in between the cracks on the rear passenger side. (Hardly goes noticed.) The trunk has a home-cut fiberboard sheet. (The original, made of the same material though covered in fabric, was damaged by a battery acid spill.) The car has had quite a few repairs in my care. The serpentine belt and belt tensioner were replaced shortly after I received this car around 5 years ago. The drum breaks were replaced around 4 years ago. The transmission had a complete rebuild. (I'm guessing around 30,000 miles ago...) The main computer was replaced. (After I fried part of it using a wrong voltage cam sensor.) The exhaust pipe has fallen from the engine mount twice, and twice been welded back on. (I was told the first weld was sloppy and that the pipe will need to be replaced next time it falls off.) Recently my brother and I replaced the passenger side mirror, control arms, the lower ball-joints, the tie-rods and passenger side disk break. I topped off the driver steering fluid. (Oddly, this car consumes steering fluid very slowly needing to be topped off every year or two.) All in all the repairs total to well over $4,000. So why am I getting rid of it? Welp, financially speaking, this car is totaled. For me the repair costs have exceeded the car's value. However, with no immediate issues, this car should be an excellent first car for someone still in or just getting out of high school. (She was a good first car for me. X)
