Vehicle Detail
I've had this truck for almost 4 years and I love it and will miss it. I believe that it is almost all original except for the normal things. The upholstery is new, the brakes are new, rear shocks are new. It had an aftermarket electric fuel pump when I bought it, but I bought the correct fuel pump and installed it and it works perfect. I believe that the paint was new when I bought it, and I've kept it garaged. I don't know if the motor is the original, but it is a Studebaker 224 V8 and it runs great. It always starts right up on the first try. The 224 was suppose to be their most reliable motor. I did purchase a complete Vintage Air, air conditioning kit, but I haven't had the time to install it, so it's still sitting unopened in its boxes, and will go to whomever buys the truck. You are perfectly welcome to ask any questions. I do prefer emails though (I work during the days). Someone asked if it leaks fluid. It does leak fluid from the steering box. Serious bidders only please. The last winning bidder never paid and never responded to emails. Someone requested photos of the underneath and the bed. I did the best I could for the underneath. Its hard to get a good angle. The previous owner put in a spray in bed liner that has faded, and needs to be redone. Otherwise the bed is pretty solid and rust free. Several scumbags have created scam adds for my truck on craigslist across the country. This truck is located in Temecula, California and is only listed on the San Diego and Inland Empire Craigslist. For this reason I have added a picture of my truck parked under one of the arches in Old Town Temecula to prove its location.
