Purchased in October of 2010 as a CPO from a dealership in NJ. The previous owner purchased the car in July 2010 and drove it for 3000 miles then returned it to the dealer because he wanted a Porsche. So, technically I’m a second owner. The car is in great shape both cosmetically and mechanically. It has been garaged every winter since I purchased it. Recently bought a Tesla so unfortunately have to let this beauty go! It’s nearly totally optioned out and I have added a few after market items: 1. LED interior lighting--burn white. 2. The angel eyes around the headlights burn yellow on the original car so I put in aftermarket xenon angel eyes that burn white—looks much better. Because of this, a right and/or left turn signal malfunction warning comes up on the dashboard when you start the car. The fix is easy—raise or lower the turn signal arm and the warning light goes away immediately. This has been going on for years and hasn’t impacted the turn signal mechanism or the angel eyes. 3. Front bumper orange reflectors have been replaced with painted reflectors (same as body color—Jerez Black which by the way is more like a deep midnight blue. Looks black until you put directly sunlight on it then the car is a deep midnight blue. 4. Laser and radar countermeasures. These were professionally installed. Escort 9500ci—best in class in-car radar detector which sits inside the grill. It also has GPS positioning to tell you where cops have speed traps setup as well as traffic light/speed cameras. This is updated via wifi on a regular basis. I had the indicator warning light etched into the rear view mirror (see picture). The radar detector interferes with the GPS navigation system. After about 15 minutes if you’re using the navigation while the radar is on, your position on the screen will start wandering. The fix is to turn off the radar for about 5 minutes and the GPS then finds the correct position. For some reason, if you then turn on the radar again the navigation will then be OK for the rest of the trip. Haven’t been able to find a fix for this despite a lot of research on the blogs, but it hasn’t caused a problem for me, just a little annoying at the beginning of a road trip. I also had Laser Interceptor installed into the front bumper. This is a laser jammer which sends out a signal to the cop who is lasing you so that he gets an error message. The thing really works and is amazing. It has saved me on many occasions while driving 80+ on the interstate. I have never received a speeding ticket in this car! 5. CPU coding to increase horsepower as well as a few other features like being able to watch DVDs while driving, folding mirrors after you lock the car, etc. 6. Clear bra on the front bumper. 7. Windscreen. 8. Short stick shifter. The front tires have about 5000-8000 miles left on them, and rear tires are brand new as of March 1, 2018. All tires were balanced at that time and four wheel alignment done. Oil was changed about 1000 miles ago. Car was taken to dealer for 200 pt inspection prior to being garaged in December with no issues found. There are a few cosmetic issues like fine scratches which are hard to see (hood, right door and right rear A-frame pillar), small micro chips in the windshield (not many though) and some other interior dings (see pictures) but other than that it looks and drives great. No door dings. The reported accident was a dent in the front bumper (which was replaced) from someone backing into me in a parking lot. No other damage. Repair was excellent. I also have an indoor cover for it that I will include. Please only bid on this vehicle is you already have the funds or loan secured.
