Selling, as is, a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid Sedan. The car runs well but needs two battery cells. The car runs well without the battery cells, but does not pass the Illinois Emissions Test because the "Check Engine Light" is on due to it needing the two battery cells. In Illinois, you can't renew the registration without passing the emissions test. The car runs fine, and does not have an emissions problem. It's jut that Illinois won't pass the car as long as the "Check Engine Light" is on. The car is in pretty good shape. There is a small dent by the right front bumper and there is some of the usual wear and tear you would expect in an older car. Also, the gas cap door does not open with the button. You need to reach in through the trunk and push it open. This is easily done. If the car is not as described above when you come to pick it up, I will cheerfully refund your deposit.
