There is a $150 Admin Fee Added to every auction.** Here is a 2 owner 1983 Mercedes Benz 300d Turbo Diesel w123 300dt up for no reserve auction. It... has 147,031 original miles. It is RUST FREE. This is the engine that has the Million Mile Mercedes reputation. I acquired this about a 1 1/2 years ago from an older lady whom owned the car since the 1980’s. I’m selling almost all of my Diesel Mercedes. I drive this one the least so I’m starting with it. This is a very nice 35 year old Mercedes. This Mercedes was always maintained and is not a “Bring back from the Dead” vehicle. I am more than happy to take any additional pictures or do a FaceTime chat. Please check out the video and look at all of the pictures. VIDEO https://youtu.be/f12V7DWW-DE Mechanical: The 300d is in good running condition. It is PA inspected until 11/18. The engine and transmission are great. Good firm shifts from the transmission and the engine sounds like a diesel! The rear struts were bad when I got it and started refreshing it from the rear. New Trailing arm bushings, Billstein struts, Rear differential mount, and center carrier bearing were done right away. I also resprayed the trailing arms. There wasn’t any rust on them. It has almost new tires. I adjusted the valves and put a new valve cover gasket on it. It has new fuel filters and primer pump. I also did a diesel purge last summer. I also replaced the motor mounts with Lemforder ones about a year ago. The front suspension is tight and solid. I'm sure i'm forgetting a few things but the car never needed much. I just usually replace everything in my cars I keep. There isn’t really any leaks of anything - see video at the end. The AC does not work. She told me it had to be charged every few years but hadn’t had it done the last year she had it. I do not get into AC work or diagnosis. The sunroof , windows and locks all work It has 2 new rear door lock actuators and a master switch. It has the original Becker Radio that works! Mechanically this is a very very strong car. Please watch the video and look at all pictures. Interior: The interior is in excellent shape for the age. The dash has a few tiny cracks at the top vents- see pics & video. . There really isn’t anything negative to say about it. Please look at all the pictures and the video. Exterior: The exterior is in Great shape! It has a recent paint job and again there is NO RUST. The only imperfections I can see on the car are a few scratches on the roof if you look close- wont show up in pics or video, the front windshield is a little hazy along the edge on the passenger side, rear window trim is a little cracked and a little spot of surface rust on the bottom driver side corner of the rear windshield. Please look at the video and pictures for a closer look! I know there are w123's in this shape out there but You Do Not see them everyday and not with these low miles.
