1930 Ford Roadster Street Rod- Magnificent Black Exterior with a Striking Red Interior. Professionally built by Tucci Engineering in New York. The Body is a FoMoCo Steel Coupe turned Roadster sitting on a New 117 inch wheelbase Chassis. Powered by a Chevrolet 355 CI Engine backed up by a Turbo-Hydramatic 350 Automatic Transmission turning an 8.8 inch 3.73 Ratio Mustang Rear! The Body was channeled 2" by Tucci. The Black Paint is highlighted by 39 Ford Devil Taillights and a 32 Ford Grill with Stainless Insert. The 32 Ford Dashboard sports an array of Stewart Warner Wing Gauges. The Custom Seats and Upholstery were artfully executed by Jerry's Customs. A 1.5 Inch Roll Bar, a So-Cal Steering Wheel and a Sony Stereo complete the Interior. At first glance, the Engine looks like it is fed by 4 Rochester Carburetors sitting atop a period correct Man-A-Fre Intake Manifold. However, a closer inspection reveals what is really going on. All four carburetors have been hollowed-out, then a Fuel Injector has been installed inside of each one. The EFI system is controlled by a Hal tech on-board computer. The chassis is fitted with a super Bell Dropped I-Beam and Posies Multiple Leaf Suicide Spring Front Suspension. The rear suspension consists of a Unique Four Bar Rear Suspension with Split Wishbones and Tubular Triangulated Bars with Aldan Coil-Over Shocks. The result is a suspension that looks Vintage, but rides more like a new car. Wilwood Front Disc Brakes with a Corvette Master Cylinder and Mustang Rear Disc Brakes.
