This vehicle body and interior are in excellent condition with only minor imperfections that are much less than you would expect for the age and mileage. There are a few minor scratches and dings on the exterior but all are minor as you can see in the pictures. All glass is in excellent condition; no cracks or dings. Leather seats are in excellent condition with no rips, tears, etc. Most show little to no wear. Carpet is in good condition; no rips, tears and only minor spotting. Interior electronics all function perfectly including DVD, navigation, radio, power windows, seats, locks, etc. Mechanically, the vehicle starts perfectly and runs great. Transmission shifts perfectly and 4WD has no known issues. Oil has been changed regularly and maintenance performed as needed. Brakes working fine with no sounds. This car has a current Virginia State inspection that is good through 6/18. The only issue that I know of is that over bumps the car is making some minor sounds. We had this evaluated by a mechanic who suggested that we might want to consider replacing the shocks soon. Other than what is listed, we are not aware of any mechanical issues at all with the car, however, since we are not mechanics, we encourage you to inspect and/or test drive any vehicle prior to purchase and/or have a mechanic visit to do the inspection for you. We feel confident that your inspection will confirm what is listed herein. Here is what we were told on the title when we purchased the vehicle: This vehicle was reported as stolen, and by the time it was recovered, the insurance company had already paid the insured. The car was found with some parts removed such as the tires/rims. The dealer advised us that he had replaced the missing items and made repairs so that the vehicle could be titled as "rebuilt" in Virginia. Title is in hand with no liens. This is our own family car, and we are only selling it as our children have begun to head off to college, and we no longer need such a large car. Winning bidder will be required to pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction and should plan to pick up the car within 5 days at which time final payment is due in cash or pre-approved wire transfer. If you plan to pay by check including cashier's check, there will be a delay in pick up until your check clears the bank.
