Up for auction is an incredibly well preserved 1996 Ford F250 7.3 Powerstroke 4x4 with only 66,350 original miles. The original owner purchased this truck to haul his cab over camper in 1996 and drove the truck for just 6 short years before he unfortunately passed away. For the past 17 years this truck has been stored in a barn and sparingly used during that time. This truck is truly a time capsule and is in unbelievable condition. The interior shows extremely well and has very minimal wear for its age. The rubber floor liner is like brand new without even the slightest fading or cracking anywhere. The bench seat is in great shape, only having one slight separation in one of the seams on the passenger side. The dash is in excellent condition and is free of any cracking or fading. The original headliner is absolutely perfect without any sagging anywhere. All of the gauges work. The paint on this truck is extremely clean and shows very well with a deep shine. There are a few very minimal blemishes on this truck as to be expected for a truck of this age. The body is laser straight aside from a dent on the top of the passenger front fender and a vertical crease in the center of the tailgate that can be seen in the photos. The truck is extremely rust free and dry and the floor pans, door bottoms, tailgate, bed, cab corners and cab mount braces are solid as a rock. The body gaps are very even throughout and the doors, hood, and tailgate open and close like a brand new car. The frame and suspension components are very dry and only show a small amount of surface rust underneath. This truck runs and drives as well as it looks. The engine runs smoothly with tons of power. At 66,350 miles this 7.3 Powerstroke has not even broken in yet! The transmission shifts smoothly. The tires and wheels are brand new with less than 50 miles on them. Included with the sale are all of original owner's manuals and pamphlets along with the original information tag that hung on the gear selector when new. This is one of the most impressive and low mileage original 7.3 Powerstroke pickups left in existence and will surely not disappoint.
