I am a current Tesla Model S owner and this priority reservation was originally supposed to be for a family member but they are not ready for the vehicle at this time. I decided to continue with the purchase though and be part of the Model 3 excitement with the goal now of resale. Balance will be paid at or prior to pickup. Cash or cashier’s check are both acceptable. If paying by cashier’s check a waiting period will be required to ensure the funds clear (depending on bank this is usually 2-3 days). DeliveryI took delivery from Tesla on January 23rd. The vehicle was carefully taken back to my house on a flatbed and remains in my garage.
