I have owned this 87 CRX Si since August 2017. I bought from a young kid who, according to the title he had, only owned it since May 2017. I do not know the history of this CRX before my ownership. When I bought it, the vehicle had been in a minor front passenger side collision. Damage seems to be limited to front corner metal work (no frame damage). Someone previously had tried repairing the front with a headlight and corner light sourced from a Civic hatchback. I have since sourced a corner light from a CRX but because the headlight is from a Civic, the alignment tabs are off, hence why the corner light is currently not installed. Also, the windshield wiper stalk on the steering wheel was snapped when I bought it, so the switch on there currently is not original (sourced from a junkyard). Since I've owned it, I have also replaced the following:New front rotors and padsNew NGK spark plugsNew NGK plug wiresNew distributor cap/rotorNew K&N panel filterNew Exhaust: 2.25" pipe, inline resonator, Flowmaster 40 series muffler New fuel filterTires have tons of tread left.Clutch is good, transmission is good.Interior is clean. One small tear in drivers seat bolster. No cracks on the dash, working sunroof, working a/c.No rust.Paint still shines.
