Offered is a barn find 1972 Suzuki GT750. 2 stroke, 3 cylinder, liquid cooled. This is a first year production bike with a clear Florida title. This GT has been sitting in a barn for quite a long time. Appears to have been kept indoors for most of it's life as the chrome and aluminum are in pretty decent condition. The chrome does have pitting throughout. This is a very low mileage bike. The tank and panels have been repainted at some point. Tank has rust inside but I believe it can be cleaned and coated. The bike as a whole is quite complete. There are some items missing most obviously the exhaust system. The engine turns over freely with the kicker. The cylinders are simply sitting in place and the head is bolted on with two bolts. A prier owner separated the the cylinders and head damaging one of the pistons in the process (the top is dinged and will need to be replaced). There are no rings currently on the pistons. The cylinders appear to be in good condition, must have been a light seize most likely from sitting for an extended period of time. There is also a piece missing from part of the engine case near the front sprocket. I am thinking the chain let go and smacked the case. This can be repaired. This early GT750 is very worthwhile bringing back to life. Please look at the pictures carefully as I have tried to show the condition as best as possible.
