I am selling my friends 1979 Triumph 750 Bonneville for him after approximately 5 years of ownership. He bought it on eBay and after owning decided he wanted to try a modern adventure bike. This summer he spent $3000 on making the bike roadworthy, including the following and more- New Avon tires,Fork seals and oil, transmission rebuilt, clutch plates, carb rebuild with new jets and gas lines, new Boyer ignition, all engine oil replaced, new plugs, new battery and wiring replaced. The motorcycle starts easily and rides very well. It has a 5 speed transmission that shifts on the left (great if you were raised on Japanese bikes).Please ask any questions and I will answer them as honestly and quickly as I can. No warranty, all transportation expenses and arrangements are buyers responsibility, but I will assist on my end as much as I can.
