This is one gorgeous VW. Professionally restored a couple years ago by Vdub Classics of Ventura ca. This car has approximately 4000 miles on a brand new engine and transmission and drives beautifully. It was converted over to a 12v electrical system and a larger dual port 1600cc engine which provides plenty of pep and makes it a joy to drive. Steering, brakes, etc are excellent and near new tires as well. This is a beautiful show piece that would do well at any car show and drives every bit as good as it looks, just turn the key and go! New TMI interior, fresh re paint in its original Bahama blue, all new rubber window, door, and body seals, good glass, rear pop out side windows, upgraded stereo, little to no rust found on this car. This is an excellent example Tastefully restored to near original look with some nice mechanical upgrades to improve drivability.
