I PURCHASED THIS FROM A BMW DEALER WHO RECEIVED IT BACK OFF A LEASE. IT WAS TRADED IN BY THE ORIGINAL FEMALE OWNER WITH 42,225 MILES I HAVE PUT A MERE 2,982 MILES ON THE CAR IN 14 YEARS!!!! REGULAR MAINTENANCE, GARAGE KEPT AND COVERED M SERIES STEERING WHEEL AND LEATHER SEATS WITH UPGRADED SPORT PACKAGE NEW TIRES NEW BATTERY TAN TOP TAN LEATHER INTERIOR BLACK CONVERTIBLE TOP COVER WIND GUARDS ON HEADRESTS ONLY MINOR SIGNS OF USE----PRETTY AWESOME CONDITION!!! A RARE FIND IN A STUNNING COLOR! Yes, it does have premium sound! It's amazing!3. Do you have all maintenance records? Yes and no. My mechanic recently retired and he had all the service records from the past 14 years. I can try and contact him to see if they are still available.4. Do you know when the last time brakes and rotors were installed? Brakes are less than 4 years old, 2 tires are brand new-0 miles and 2 have less than 500 miles, new battery-less than a year, not sure about the rotors.5. Condition of soft top? cracks, separation, holes? Soft top is in excellent condition, no cracks, no holes, no separation. Ever so slight fray on top corners of the window area but cosmetic only.6. Is the soft top glass clear or a little hazy? The soft top window is clear, slight fold mark from when the top is down. 7. Any leaks or moisture saturation with the soft top? I have never had the car out in rain or inclement weather. Sunny day driver only. I have washed the car many times with no issue of moisture or leaks.8. Can you expand on your "only minor signs of use" statement? Inherent with this type of vehicle, there are tiny marks from road kick up like pebbles. Touch up done. Nothing major. Minimal hood touchups and there is some scrapes to the lower front black air dam. Really not noticeable unless you bend down to look under the car. see the pics.9.Things like dents, dings, cracked glass, tire rim road rash, cracked or dry leather? No dents, dings, tire rim rash. No cracked or dry leather. Literally never left out in the sun, garage kept and covered after each use. There is a tiny, tiny windshield ding which has been there for 14 years. No progression, passes inspection. Lower bottom of windshield by wiper. I can send a pic if needed.9. Original owners manual etc? Yes, original owners manual and tool kit. 10. Two sets of keys? one set11. In regard to shipping, you can get quotes from the ebay shipping services. Obviously, I will be able to be here for car pickup and will put the signed title in the glove compartment or mail via Fedex. Your choice. I LOVE THIS CAR, YOU WILL TOO!!!!
