Vehicle Detail
Up for sale today as a NO RESERVE AUCTION is a 2001 Volvo C70 Convertible in very nice, condition. All original paint in beautiful Silver with Black Convertible top. Very nice leather interior, no rips, tears or cracks. Fully equipped with all power accessories, all in good working condition. Ice Cold A/C, Brand New Battery. Garaged most of it's life and used sparingly, mostly as a vacation car. Very smooth, quite and a wonderfully driving car. This Volvo has been adult owned and driven it's whole life and it shows. The paint is all original in very nice condition with no scratches, scrapes or door dings. There are however 2 or 3 small rust spots that if were taken care of, the exterior would be perfect. The interior is very nice gray leather with no rips, tears or cracks. The dash, wood dash trim, door panels and carpets are all in very nice condition. The original Volvo carpeted floor mats are included but should be cleaned. The Convertible top, fabric, stitching and canvas looks very nice. It is very common for the glue on the convertible top glass window to come undone but this has been recently repaired and is fully functional. This is a great looking, great driving car. To me, it's the finest, classiest, timeless color combination available. People still look and admire it. Please let me know if you have any specific questions and I will answer them as best as possible. Thanks for looking! On Dec-10-17 at 18:20:46 PST, seller added the following information: Upon further inspection, I noticed a very small wear spot on the drivers seat leather, lower corner of the backrest on the very outer edge of the bolster. It looks like it's worn from getting in and out of the car but certainly nothing ugly or unsightly. It's only noticeable if you are crouching down and looking for it as it doesn't stand out at all. To further describe the rust spots, they are located on the drivers door, just showing from beneath the rubber molding just below the drivers door glass, just above the pinstripe, in a very small area. There is also another spot located under the rubber molding just beneath the rear quarter glass on both sides. These spots are not holes, just small rust spots that are beginning to peak out from under the molding. Upon careful inspection, there are no signs of any other rust spots of any size. My local body shop who specialized in Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Porsche said that they would make the correct repairs and match the paint to near perfection for $375. I tried to post pictures of the spots but ebay won't allow me to add any more pics but I can send them to you via ebay's system as long and your ebay settings allow you to receive photos. Thanks!
