For sale is a beautiful 1978 BMW R100S with a cafe racer conversion. It has been completely rebuilt and restored and has been living indoors as a display piece for a few years. It runs and rides great and needs absolutely nothing. The paint looks near perfect, the leather seat looks brand new, the tires are new, and everything functions properly. This bike is in as good as shape as any of this vintage. Moving and nee to sell this before I go. More pictures available upon request, or some see it in person. Text is the fastest way to get a hold of me.It is a 980cc boxer 2 cylinder air cooled (airhead) engine. Engine work and maintenance was done at Seattle BMW last summer.It comes with a box full of spares parts left over from the conversion to a cafe racer, or purchased as extras during the rebuild.
