Originally from Southern Ca. This Ford Wagon was lightly hot-rodded some time during the late 60's early 70's. A 283 SBC engine and Th350 transmission with a Ford rear end were added as were front disk brakes and power steering. Since then, and only recently the car has had new wood and steel 51 ford insert panels (with epoxy veneered mahogany) The added mechanics have been upgraded or replaced. A good rebuild to the transmission, a new Fatman Fabrications front Mustang 2“stub” with larger disk brakes new power rack, shocks springs, and lines and adjusted. The interior was kept clean and the headliner, door panels and carpet replaced. The dashboard and steering wheel were then hydrodipped and clear-coated. The front windshields were replaced with new gasket and then light custom touches to the front sheet metal was preformed. The car was then sent to be painted with a two stage paint. The engine runs well with even compression, good oil pressure. A classic Edelbroch manifold new summit 500cfm carb and electronic ignition added as well as a new optima battery relocated to in the front right wheel well for easy engine access the undercarriage is free of rust and so are the rockers and original floorboards. Note that this car is also listed locally and not only advertised on ebay. A fair amount of original spares come with. ie: front bumper and various trim pieces. The car has a clean California title.
