It's not perfect, though, there are a couple of minor nicks and a  shallow ding or two...nothing that detracts form the overall appearance of the  car. Exterior features include alloy wheels, fog lamps, roof rails, mud flaps and a  rear wiper. There is also a bug shield on the hood. The interior is very clean, and in very good condition. The seats have  no rips or tears, and there are no odors. The driver's seat has power controls, and both front seats are heated. The cargo area is large and versatile. You can fold down either or both of the  rear seat backs if you need extra storage space. A cargo net and mat are  included. This Subaru Wagon has a nice selection of comfort and  convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors, air conditioning, an  AM/FM/CD stereo, tilt wheel,  cruise control and more. Safety features include dual air bags, 4 wheel disc  brakes and ABS. The Manual is with the car The tires have good tread remaining. The underside of the car is clean - no rust, no fluid leaks. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers,  and in some cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait  for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. As we are located In Florida, we are required to  title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles  listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the  right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We  reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed  back. Payment and Fees We will add a $249 dealer prep  charge to the final bid price. This is  to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and  other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of  the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.   You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a  cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for  full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours  of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can  be sent or car is picked up. Paypal will be accepted  for the $500 deposit only. . If these forms of payment are not acceptable,  please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days  thereafter. If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay applicable sales tax  and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, you will be required  to register the vehicle in your home state at your own cost, including  registration fees, inspection fees and sales taxes applicable to your state.  If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your  funding has been approved.
