1981 Oldsmobile Diesel - has been garage kept since I have owned this car which has been since 2005. All of the interior cloth is in fine shape as well as the vinyl roof and the exterior. There is some paint fade on the hood and trunk but not significantly so. I can find no rust on any body panels. As far as operation goes, I had it inspected when I purchased it for Virginia and had to fix a number of items but I probably haven't put 200 miles on it in all these years so I would say the car is in reasonable mechanical shape except for the air conditioner which does not work. I replaced the compressor and it worked fine but the Freon has leaked out at some point. I start it and run it each week for 20 min or so and drive it around the block. It starts fine and the transmission shifts fine. The only thing I would think could be suspect would be the tires, I have no idea how old they are.
