Greetings and thanks for viewing my motorcycle. I have a very nice Honda CX500 for sale. This is a shaft driven, liquid cooled, twin cylinder touring bike that was referred to back in the 80s as a Silver Wing (little brother to the Gold Wing). This particular bike has been garage kept all of its existence, evidenced by the lack of any serious rust, pitting or oxidation. I acquired it last year with intentions of fixing it and riding it a while. I have since purchased a Gold Wing so I am selling this one. I have done the following to this bike within the past 6 months:fully tuned up - new spark plugs, new air filter, new Shell Rotella 10W-30 motor oil with a new oil filter, flushed antifreeze and rear end fluid, flushed brake fluid, new front brake pads and a new battery. In addition the fork seals have been replaced and new fork oil filled in the forks. The AM/FM/Cassette radio works! All lights work and the bike rides nicely. The only thing it needs are new tires (they have tread and hold air but are old) and a new home. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. Please ask any questions you have and thank you.
