The time has come for me to part with this fun car. I am hoping that someone who enjoys these old gems will see this listing and give it another chapter in its life. However, I do realize it has really lived a full life and it might just be good for parts. This car runs and runs well. It is inspected and registered and doesn't have any major issues. It gets great gas mileage (@25 mpg). BUT, there are a ton of little things that need attention. the brake pad light just came onthe fluid hoses are old and slowly seepingthe heat shield has been breaking away piece by piecethe muffler is rustedthe convertible top needs to be replacedthe radio display does not come on but the radio workssome of the speakers workthe back seat seat belt cover is crackedthe cd player works but when it wants tothe air conditioning needs to be rechargedthe passenger seat no longer folds forwardthe clear coat is peeling everywherethe O2 sensor needs replacing at some pointthe battery needs to be replaced as it won't hold enough charge after sitting for more than a weekthe fuel gauge only reads when the tank is half full - over that and it reads as emptythe back bumper was hit and no longer hugs the car on the passenger sidethe car was in an accident before I owned it and the front end has slightly different shades of redthe back right blinker usually works but there must be a loose connection since it will stop after the trunk is closed sometimesthe date and time on the console don't show up - might be a fuse issuethe tires are okay the windshield wipers need to be replacedthe left side windshield sprayer needs to be fiddled with or it sprays over the top of the windshieldthe front hood hydraulic supports no longer holdthere are a couple of dents on the front of the steel framethere are lots of little nicks in the paint but very little rust on the car framePlease let me know if you have any questions and I will try to answer them.Happy Bidding!
