Nice 2002 Subaru Outback sedan, very handsome car in this configuration with Alloy wheels ,2 tone paint and spoiler and actually has a trunk.Much sportier than the wagon! This is a highly optioned car with leather interior,sunroof and power everything & heated seats! Body- Very nice paint with some dings and paint imperfections,no rust or crunched panels with the front bumper being the worst with a crack and missing a clip in bezel around the fog lamp. Car has a very nice appearance,not perfect by any means, rear spoiler is loose and passenger side mirror has a cracked bezel. Wheels are presentable but have some oxidation as photos show. Interior- Nice leather interior marred only by the 12lb dog she drove around with constantly,there was always covers on seats but the dog scuffed up the edges of door panels at window glass,also at glove box edge in front of passenger seat. some chew marks on rear seat belts,they work fine though. Engine & drivetrain- recently installed new knock sensor and oxygen sensor to get inspection passed, oil was changed and fluids topped up & tires rotated. Valve cover gaskets were done last year. 2 tires are 50% and an alignment would be a good Idea. A 90k mile transmission fluid/differential service would also be prudent. The vehicle has not seen much use as of recent 3 years for health reasons. Car runs and drives well , exhaust is quiet and goes straight and stops straight and true. I am trying to describe all I see and know. I have worked on this car for many years and am familiar with it, her health and finances did not allow her to do all the services I recommended but it is a good solid car that is free of rust and has a lot of life left if cared for. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere I needed to go, It is a great 1st car for a Young driver, very sure footed in any conditions snow /rain/ice.
