Oil looks to be leaking from valve cover, timing chain tensioner, timing cover, oil panand rear main seal. Check Engine Light Codes: P0420 Catalyst converter system efficiency below threshold P1693 VVT malfunction - the top-right solenoid is clogged. (this can be removed and cleaned by hand or replaced for less then $100 if you spend 30m and do the work yourself.)
