The Dnepr is made in the former USSR by the Kyivsk Motosykletnyi Zavod factory, which manufucturer is also the producer of the Kalishnikov assault rifle. Made in a number of variations, the whole range was based on the 2nd Worldwar BMW military cross-country machines, though little remains interchangeable with those today. A very strongly-built, shaft-drive, flat-twin with interchangeable wheels.
