You are bidding on a project car. I live in Ohio and at one time owned a number of postal jeeps or DJ5 Jeeps. I bought this early in my collecting career (2005) and never drove it. It came to me from California I believe. I just bought it and put it back for extra parts for my other cars. When I bought it, you could drive it (I am saying the engine and transmission were fine) but there has been no gas, no battery put in it for years. The parts alone, especially the Transmission are worth the value. (It is an AMC 727 Torqueflight.) Or you could part it out to other DJ5 Collectors or yes.. you and your teenage kid can get it running, throw another seat in it and there you go. I will try and post more pictures but it is in a building that is dark so its hard for me to shoot good photos. It is not a beauty, it is strictly for fun,project or parts.
