In dry storage for many years.Engine turns over easily with compression, transmission too.Dent in Drivers door, scratches on passenger side rear fender and... One small place of rust. (see pic) Why two vin plates, your guess is as good as mine.The true Vin is listed here with vin plate to match and frame rail stamp to match. NC Clean title.DMV of NC does not allow me to remove the plate that has no reason to be on this car. Go figure!
