Bernie Madoff's 2004 Volkswagen Touareg. This can be verified by simply searching the VIN number on google and it will bring you to the seize and assist order issued by the state of New York against Bernard L. Madoff. This vehicle runs strong with major issues. There is no check engine light and would be a great addition to a collection or everyday driver. It shows signs of normal wear and tear but has never been in an accident and has no body damage that could not be cleaned up by a good detail. There is no rust or rot on the body. This has every option available to the Touareg; 4 corner adjustable air suspension, 4 zone climate control, heated front and rear seats, locking differential, navigation, premium sound, cooler glove box, keyless entry ect. This vehicle does need new tires (275/45R20) but I will also include the original 19" rims as well if you want (worn snow tires mounted currently(275/45R19). It sounds like it has a small exhaust leak which would be an easy fix if someone wanted to repair it. Right now it sounds great with a real low rumble that is not loud or obnoxious. The timing belt was changed at 37,085 miles on 5/7/2011. I have only one key fob for this vehicle but another one can be acquired through Volkswagen if you needed two.
