My 2014 Smart with only 15,100 original miles has a great feature that is transferable to you. The battery is leased from Mercedes Benz. Mercedes-Benz Battery Assurance plan begins when the Smart i s new and continues for 10 years. Smart developed this plan since 97% of these sold in UK would choose this plan to ensure that the vehicle has no battery issues. Cost is $80 a month for this plan to cover the battery for defects and included is a maintenance check up of this battery once a year by your local Smart Dealership. This ensures that the battery is holding capacity of a least 41.6 A H charge or it is repaired or replaced. This plan is manditory not optional on this vehicle. A simple agreement form is signed by the new owner to Mercedes Benz Financial that I will provide. My Smart is still on factory warranty!! This vehicle has been into Smart Of Buffalo on every service interval which is so important when you buy one of these. This one has just been at Smart of Buffalo 4/2017 to get checked over. These must have proper service to get the coverage from the Warranty and Battery Assurance program and this one has been kept up just that way. These sell for just about $26,000 new. The interior is clean and fresh like brand new. The body is clean with one bump mark on the front where the license plate mounts. Everything works properly on this Smart car. I have both keys that are also remote keyless entry fobs. I have the books, and charger. Everything about this vehicle shows that it has been pampered and cared for. The body is shiney and bright with only a few small imperfections as seen. The wheels are clean and true. The tires are in good shape. One is fairly new. The radio is nice and has the USB and auxiliary port in the glove box to hook up your device to it. The emergency brake, horn, wipers, lights, locks, hatch release, cruise all work properly. This vehicle has a clean clear title like any other vehicle. Lots of people wrap these to promote their Business and save money driving them gasoline free. I have NO extra fees. These are rare to find in this condition with this clean history. Each car has a serial number for the battery to be able to verify the plan is up to date. It is also transferrable.
