Vehicle Detail
1996 Mustang GT convertible. Runs and drives awesome. Selling to raise funds for a 1965 Mustang I am fixing up. My first Mustang was this body style in this color. I bought it for nostalgic reasons. Walk around video of car running: https://youtu.be/0rsmPW8m-kM According to PO: · Rebuilt engine· Rebuilt trans· Newer brakes all around· BBK cold air intake · New flat screen CD/DVD player. Touch screen.· Eibach 2" drop suspension· Cobra wheels· Pypes dual exhaust stainless steel exhaust system (really nice). I also bought OEM leather front seats and installed those. Back seat is still cloth. Comes with an excellent steering wheel assembly and a pair of really nice door panels (the ones on the car are a little worn). Like new tiresNew batteryNewer topNew headlight corners · AC does not blow cold. Probably needs a charge. It will not currently pass TN emissions because the temperature gauge is an aftermarket one. I was told that the factory temperature gauge would have to be wired back up. It has a nice Bosch temp gauge currently installed. The car sits extremely low due to the eibach lowering springs, but it looks great. Just have to be really careful around the speed bumps with these lowering springs on the car. There are a couple small dings on the car, and one spot on the quarter panel where the paint needs to be redone. Also, someone brush painted parts of the engine compartment and under the hood bright white to match the exterior bright white paint. The car was originally more of an off-white then a bright white. Mileage on dash is incorrect. Car has around 160000 on it. Power top functions but is a little slow. Driver rear window needs a new motor. A new one goes with the car. I have a clear and open title, in the name of the previous owner. I purchased the car through eBay originally. No warranty, guarantees or returns. Please ask all questions before bidding. All inspections must be done prior to auction end. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Non-refundable $500 due within 24 hours of auction end to my PayPal. Balance due within 3 days via bank transfer, cash or recognized bank cashier's check. On Aug-02-17 at 07:00:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Someone asked a couple questions, and I thought I'd go ahead and answer them here:1. Yes, I do have the original cloth/tweed front seats. I do not have a leather rear seat (you can find leather rear seats assemblies from parts cars). If you want the front cloth/tweed seats, I can squeeze them into the car for shipping.2. As I said in the auction text, the odometer is not accurate. The vehicle history report shows that the car's mileage was around 150,000 the last time it was registered (which was this year). The odo shows around 60,000. I believe the PO was having trouble with the original dash/gauge assembly and simply switched it out for another that had different miles on the odo.3. On the title, you can check one of several boxes for the odometer reading. One of the boxes indicates that the mileage on the odometer isn't accurate. You'd probably check that box.4. If anyone has any other questions, I'm happy to msg you my cell number.
