1965 Mercury 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente Very original Caliente 4 door. One family owned by senior citizens. Automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering and power brakes. It is an excellent driver and gets excellent gas mileage. New Firestone 185 X 75 X 14 tires. Factory wheel covers. No rust. This Mercury floor pans are still painted white from the factory. It does not appear to have been driven on a country road. The muffler appears to be original. The interior is excellent and origianl. Factory radio works well. All guages work including the fuel. The air conditioning works well and it is a pleasure to drive with power steering and power brakes. The chrome and grille are in good condition. All tinted glass is good. The brakes are good. It is an outstanding vehicle. It has a single exhaust. The trunk has no rust and is spacious. Spare tire and jack are included. Low mileage 55,321 miles and drives excellent. 289 V8, 2 barrel carbuertor, power steering and power brakes. This Caliente is very original and a sweet car to drive. Very economical transportation.
