This auction is for the above Bandit. Here's a whole bunch of information about it! Bike History My dad bought this bike brand new in 2002. He rode it occasionally, and the rest of the time the bike lived a cushy life in the garage.In 2012, my dad decided he needed a new bike. He sold the Bandit to my brother.My brother finds out he's going to be a father for the third time, son number three! And decides that it's time to sell the bike. So here it is. Bike Info The only after market parts that this bike has is a rear fender elimination kit. This makes the rear of the bike sleeker, which of course also makes it look faster.We estimate that the front tire has 75% of its life span left, and the rear tire has 50%.All routine maintenance has been performed on time for the life of the bike.A new chain and sprockets were installed on the bike about 4000 miles ago.The Bandit will pass inspection if your state requires such a thing (horn works, lights work, etc.) Oh yes, and the bike runs perfectly. Bike FlawsOn the left bottom of the fuel tank, there is a line of rust about one inch long, and no more than 1/4 inch high.The left clutch handle has had the ball broken off of the end, the victim of an overzealous grandchild.There is a scratch by the left rear tie down bolt. This one is my dad's fault. He used a net on the back, which he promptly stopped using after the scratch. He may have sworn a little, too. All flaws can be seen in the last three pictures above. We will answer any questions you may have about the bike. Bike is as is, no warranty. We're asking for a $100 down payment due 24 after auction's end. You have a week to come pick the bike up from us after auction's end. Payment must be made with cashier's check, money order, or cash. Absolutely no wire transfers. Thanks!
