Offered is a very nice 1973 CB500 Four. This bike is completely unmolested and original. Color is Candy Garnet Brown and Black. The original paint is faded on the top of the tank (actually looks like the clear coat has faded not the actual color). Please see the pictures. The tank is dent free and extremely clean inside. The side panels are very good and are crack free. All the paint has a very nice shine. The chrome throughout has some minor pitting. Still a great shine on all surfaces. The seat has been recovered at some point in it's life and looks excellent. The original exhaust is in very good to excellent condition. Very light surface rust at the cylinders. The rest of the exhaust is rust free. The front and rear rims have some minor pitting and still have a nice shine. Several of the spokes do have some surface rust. The engine is extremely clean, grease free and no leaks. Turns over nicely with electric start or kicker. Idles smoothly and runs strong. No smoke. The clutch works nicely, the trans shifts smoothly through all gears. The brakes front and rear work excellent. Front and rear tires have good to very good tread. The front tire is showing some cracking along the sides and probably should be replaced very soon. New spark plugs and new battery installed 6/16. All lights work... gauge lights, head light (low beam only), turn signals, tail and brake light. Horn works. Original tool kit still under the seat and of course included with the bike. This bike is ready to ride as is or do some minor cosmetic work and have a real show stopper. Very cool vintage bike. I have the PA title for the bike but NOT in my name. This CB500 is being listed as pick up only. I will however allow shipping world wide. Any and all shipping arrangements to be made by the buyer.
