This is a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Turbo DIESEL Dually, with a 6-speed manual transmission. This truck is 2-wheel drive and It has a factory exhaust brake (jake brake). I bought this truck 8 years ago for my business. I have put 100,000 miles on the truck, myself, during that time, but, now that I have retired, I don't drive it much anymore. I did do the departiculate delete pipe on this, so it is straight piped with just one small muffler on the rear~no tailpipe. It also has a regeneration delete program plugged into it, as well. I recently took it to the local Dodge dealer and had them install the latest updates to the computer. It gets anywhere from 20 to 24 MPG on the highway. The front tires are nearly new, the rear tires still have life left in them, but are showing wear. Although it does have factory air conditioning, it does not currently work. I do not know why, and have never had it serviced. I did install JBL speakers in all the doors, and with the factory stereo, it really sounds great! About 18 months ago, we had 2 new batteries installed, as well. The truck is not perfect, it does have some dings and scratches and chips to the paint, as you would expect with a truck of this age. This truck has a reconstructed, prior salvage title. I bought it this way in Chicago in 2009. It had been involved in an accident, body work was done, it was inspected by the highway patrol, and then issued a new reconstructed title. This was all done prior to my purchasing the truck. There is a tag inside the rear door jam from the highway patrol. The title is clear, clean and can be licensed in any state. It is currently a Missouri title in my name. There was NEVER any issues with the drivability of the truck, it was strictly body work which was done. The truck drives absolutely straight. It appears that is had both drivers side doors, hood and fender replaced, and repair to the roof. Like I said previously, I have driven this truck over 100,000 miles just as it is way, and would get in it and drive it anywhere right now, without hesitation.
