This is a parts bike or you can do the Vermont title thing...not running, not sure why but it turns over...battery was removed...also the backrest is no longer on the bike...lights and everything work but no spark, turns over fine...no original key but I have a whole ignition/cap and lock set but needs a key made, also have am ignition with key but works intermittently...Bike is in decent shape with good tires no damage...good parts and engine...could be the cdi box or something even more stupid simple.... BOS only..NO TITLE! have all parts...no reserve
