This is a 1972 Chevrolet Nova 2 door ,was originally a V-8 car .It was raced at the drag strip and ran in the 8th's and has a chute mount and a removable chute holder. The car was completely torn down and gone over to put it back on the street. This car has a nice solid body and frame . The paint job is a nice clean 72 red base coat w/the bright white stripes and clear coat. You can read the serial number off a dollar bill reflecting off the paint it self. The paint has a nice high shine and gloss , but still has a few minor flaws that you really have too look for. I have seen a very few paint jobs I would call a 10 so I am calling this one 8-1/2. The body has new full quarter's, trunk lid, full fiber glass hood finished under the hood, trim and bumpers . check out the pictures. The interior is in good condition , new seats, door panels , dash pad, trim seals ,completely rebuilt heater box with new heater core and fan motor plus more. The trunk has a 16 gallon fuel cell and new optimum battery and parachute cable is in tack and mounting bracket for the track if desired. also have side bar for roll cage which can be welded back or swing out bar adapter can be installed if wanted. Was for ease of getting in and out for street use .All roll bars have a nice vinyl cover also. The frame has been totally reframed and tubbed out with steel not aluminum .Car was professionally done and shows it. The sub frame was welded to the frame connectors and new body mount bushings were installed as well as all new tubular control arms, bushing's , steering box , steering linkage , front coil springs , shocks , and more. The engine is a 400 cu.in block stroked to a 421 cu.in. with a front oiling system , forged crank and pistons .Dart iron eagle heads with stainless valves , billet roller camshaft ,roller lifters , rockers ,big tube hooker headers 3'' exhaust with electric cut outs and more , built to run nitrous . 1050 Dominator carb and intake. MSD ignition .This engine able to run pump gas on the street and sounds awesome . All new cooling system, has not run hot at all since redone. The trans is a turbo 400 with a trans brake and reverse shift and 4,000 stall convertor. The rear end is a custom built large ford 9'' narrowed with Moser 31 spline axles ,fresh , posi trac unit and new 4.56 gears . large tubs with clearance for much wider tires if wanted brakes system redone plus line lock. The car has been totally gone thru in the last 2yrs and runs , drives , excellent on the street. The engine has plenty of power and the drive train only has close to a 100 miles on it.
