This 1970 Bonneville is a single owner motorcycle which has been sitting in a garage and has not been started or running since 2007.I will not attempt to start this bike. I have kicked it over a few times for the purpose of verifying that the engine is not siezed, and it feels like it has good compression. Gas was left in the tank and it is very "varnished" and I assume there is rust in the tank as well. The owner purchased this motorcycle in England and brought it back to the states on a boat, and I am lead to believe that this was a European model with a European style fuel tank. (Possibly other Euro features? The exhaust is not stock as far as I know. There is a small tear in the rubber of one side of the front shocks. (Shocks seem ok)There is a small oil stain on my friends garage floor where this bike sat for so many years. (so there may be a small oil leak) Bike WAS RUNNING when it was parked in 2007. I will do my best to answer any questions you might have, but please be advised that the owner is deceased and can only relay information based on what I "see" and what his wife might remember about this bike. Upon completion of sale, buyer will have 24 Hrs to make the $250.00 deposit, 14 days to make the remainder of payment, and will have 31 days to pick up motorcycle.Deposit is non refundable I have original registration from England, as well as following registrations from U.S., and title in my possession.
