1979 Honda Twinstar CM185 Motorcycle. 3175 Actual Miles. Bought this in 2007 from a guy who had it sitting in his garage for YEARS. Had the carb rebuilt at a local small engine shop and it fired up. Road it for 83 miles on some local country roads. Drained the gas and haven't started it since 2008. Would recommend cleaning the tank before adding gas and trying to start it..... tank is pretty grimy from sitting. Turns over fine - with a new battery and some gas I believe it will start up - but cannot guarantee it - so you are buying it NON-Running - as is. Paint is in pretty good shape - a little fading around the edge of the tank (probably from gas). Chrome is in good shape - very minor pitting - but for its year - pretty good shape. Has electric start (will need new battery) or kick start. Tires look pretty good too! Seat is in excellent shape. Would make a great vintage project or fun rider! LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
