I have a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham that is a great project car. It runs and drives. This one has the LT1 Corvette motor from factory. The car has sat for some time but has new tires and the brakes work well. I notice an exhaust manifold leak on one side when very cold but it goes away when warm. There are no trouble lights present at all. The transmission shifts but will delay to third when cold then let off the gas pedal and it will shift to third. It also has no overdrive. The fluid has no smell and looks ok. With only 130k original miles I would be surprised if it was major. The car has a clean Carfax history showing one owner and 7 service history services. The car has no evidence of accident. The spots that rust bad are in very nice shape. The car has no rust on the doors. The parts are valuable on this car since it is the best year. I also noticed the a/c compressor clutch is showing it's age. The battery is strong. Always fires right up and runs strong. Horn, windows, locks, power trunk release and close work. The exhaust system is dual and in good shape. The bottom is nice and solid. The car has great potential. The paperwork is from Rhode Island which has no title but transferable documents as shown that transfer the ownership of the car. These already have passed through the Manheim Auto Auction system that is like the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) My client purchased a Rolls Royce instead. Make a fair offer and it is yours!! As is since it is over 20 years old. No limited warranty over 100,000 miles.
