1970 Honda CB

I bought this bike as a project last spring. It was completely disassembled and missing a few parts here and there. An 18 year old kid had disassembled it, repainted the frame (and rear shocks unfortunately) to make a café racer and just lost interest. I got all the parts in a few boxes, reassembled it, chased down missing parts and got it back together. I am now liquidating some of my projects that I just don't have time to finish up. It's about 99% done. It should only need a good carb cleaning/tune/sync and such to be road ready. It has a clean New York Registration (That's how NY titles vehicles pre-73). I can't remember whether it's Registered as 70 or 71, but the production date is 10/70 with a VIN of CB350-2060XXX. I just have too many projects that are preventing me from getting to my builds and am moving a few. I'll be liquidating a few bikes to get more inventory for my eBay store. You will see other projects listed in the near future as well. This is a NO RESERVE auction! This is a good clean, low mileage (only 5969 original miles) survivor. It's not perfect, but very respectable and very original. Here's a list of goodies/important points:- Original Paint- Original Seat (no rips or tears)- Clean Chrome- Original Exhaust (not perfect, but in good shape...see pics)- New Grips- New Mirrors- New Spark Plugs- Points cleaned & Set (It's got great spark!)- Valves adjusted- All lights, turn signals & Horn work- New Battery- New Petcock- Original Exhaust- Fresh Oil Change- Centrifugal Oil Filter Cleaned- Has 2 keys Areas that need attention:- As stated before, I put this bike away before winter. At that time, I spent a little time on the carbs, but couldn't get it quite dialed in. I'm not a licensed mechanic, but rather a hobbyist & enthusiast. I'm sure many guys know more tricks than I do. It will need a thorough carb clean/tune/sync.- Front Tire is starting to show signs of needing replacement (light cracking)- Those were the loose ends that still needed to be done before this bike was road ready.
