This 2000 Mercedes E320 has been in the family for the past 16yrs. It has been serviced at Mercedes dealership in New Jersey all of its time. In April of 2016 the engine on this vehicle along with the transmission was fully rebuilt by 30yrs experienced mechanic who takes pride in what he does. There was nothing wrong with the engine to be rebuilt or the trans for that matter but we did it anyways because it had a sentimental value more than anything and we did not want to sell the vehicle although we run a conventional auto dealership. This vehicle has had all its regular oil changes and regular service done on time. Everything in the vehicle is original except the AM/FM stereo that we replaced because we wanted blue tooth and other extra features. In depth of all Mechanical: The heads were redone completely, a new timing was installed, new cams, new valves and pistons and more. Transmission was fully serviced all the gears were replaced and redone and new gaskets. All the docs are available for viewing and will be given to the buyer at the time of sale. The tires are in great shape, the brakes in the front are new. We have original set of wheels which we can sell for additional $500.00 includes tires as well. In addition please note even though the both engine and transmission had under went rebuilds the mileage on the vehicle will stay accurate from the time that it was purchased. Since the rebuild took place in april and the vehicle had approximately 237,239 and since then we accumulated approximately 5,200 miles. Almost all the miles were highway mileage. This vehicle is extremely strong and can be driven across the country if need be. The interior of this vehicle is in good shape. The seats are in good shape as you can tell from the photos. The door panels are in excellent condition. The carpet is in great shape as well. The wooden trim is in excellent condition. The leather seats were just recently professionally conditioned.
