Vehicle Detail
For sale I have my '64 cb92. Spent about a year and a half piecing this together. Everything is there except the correct motor and header pipes. The frame was powdercoated then painted black. The swing arm, forks, and headlight bucket were all powdercoated black. The steel tank and covers were also stripped and painted. The original tank pad is still pliable and has no cracks in it. The apollo pump is there with cap. This bike sports some of the more desirable racing parts that everyone loves: Real ace bars, real aluminum race seat (original cover still on it), 14k tachometer, Long racing muffler (need rechrome), and also the starter delete plate. The bike currently is rolling on a ca95 rear hub and cb77 front hub. As you see in the picture I have everything for the front and rear wheels. Including an NOS rear hub with a NOS 44th rear sprocket. The hubs and plates are all Magnesium with no cracks. The front hub has some pitting but is still usable and is being used on the cb77 front hub right now. I have all correct brake link rods and parts to bolt on the front and rear wheel. This bike either has NOS parts or really good used parts. All cables are NOS. The only part that is not in good condition is the original black mudflap that has two cracks in it. The motor in it is a '64 ca95 motor with the tach head from an earlier ca95 motor. The bike does run and runs great but has a cracked float bowl so the carb was removed. Its hard to find that float bowl for some reason. I was going to convert the motor over to a cb92 with all correct parts. I have the correct cb92 engine covers (not converted ca95 covers) and a cb92 kickstart shaft. I was going to shorten a ca95 shift shaft because that's what everyone does I guess lol. The frame is a correct '64 frame I had imported from england. As many people know they don't have titles for motorbikes, so the bike has never been titled or registered in the US. I have a company that will do it for couple hundred, but have yet to do it. I will provide a bill of sale or can deduct from the sale the cost to have it titled. I'm asking 8k for the bike as it sits. I've spent way more than that getting it to this point. All that's needed is a correct motor or engine case and the bike will be worth anywhere from 13-15k. Email me any questions, or call/text 623-707-3396 I'm sure I'm missing something.
