I bought this at dealer auction with the intention of cleaning it up and selling it. However the interior is just not to my standards so I am going to sell it as is. This is what I know about it. I drove it home about 20 miles home and it ran nicely. Looking down, I was doing 80 miles an hour before I knew it . I noticed that the electric sunroof does not work. All the other electronics seem fine. It probably sat for a while because I had to jumpstart. It also had a check engine light on. I pulled a P0508 code which is for the idle control valve. However, since then the code has disappeared. So it may have been just from sitting. The only mechanical concern I have with it is that the heat doesn't work. You can see from the picture which was taken after the car was idling for about 15 minutes, the temperature is all the way in cold. So it could be the thermostat is stuck open, or a water pump issue, or both. It's not a bad looking a little car on the outside. No major dents or rust. A good bit of clear coat scratching and someone beat up the interior with an ugly stick. The seats are stained and the dashboard is cracked up. That's why i am selling as is. Tires look to be about 30 to 40%. It has a current valid Virginia safety inspection sticker. No broken glass. Nice stereo. Transmission shifts properly. You could probably drive it home, just be aware that this coolant circulation issue will have to be resolved. My suggestion would be to get that fixed before you start driving it. For someone willing to throw a dashboard cover on and seat covers this could be a nice little ride for a while.
