Vehicle Detail
1971 mustang, all orig. # matching car in need of total restoration.A new gas tank was put in and got it running but it needs to be taken down for new sheet metal. Needs floor pans, radiator support, trunk pan, cowl panel, hood and trunk lid etc. I waited a long time for this project but kids come first and i need to put the money in braces...Good orig green title with low starting bid and NO RESERVE. Had one repaint in its life from the orig sage green to the ugly green it is now. No radio in the car but the orig am radio is in the trunk. Any more pics, let me know. On Nov-29-16 at 20:19:59 PST, seller added the following information: Jacked the car up tonight and took some pics. I have been trying to learn how to delete the pics i have so i can post more but i cant fiqure it out yet. The back frame rails look ok, has new fuel tank, needs trunk floor pan.The back torque boxes look ok but the carpet needs taken out to look on top.Whoever ran the new fuel line was clueless unless it was just to get the motor running. The floorpan has big holes and it looks like sheet metal just sitting on top- its black, could be floor pans up there-dont know. The left front frame rail needs replaced -The last 6" or more rusted away with the floor board. The front cross member has rust and a tear that was hammered back.It could be welded but needs replaced to do it right. The exhaust pipes were cut off. So a full floor pan and left rail would be a good start. I'm giving my password to a friend so i can delete some pics and replace so it should be up soon. On Nov-30-16 at 15:35:33 PST, seller added the following information: Talked to e-bay --Once you have bids you cannot delete photos- only add. Since i had 23 i was only allowed to add 1. If you win the auction and dont think i was honest on its condition -dont buy it -i will take the hit on the fee and re-list it again.
