This Firebird is a numbers matching WZ code 325 horsepower 400 4 speed car and is completely PHS documented. This car was built on June 23, 1967 and was fitted with some rare options. The car came factory equipped with a 3.36:1 positraction rear, dual exhaust, ride and handling package, hood mounted tach, door edge guards, bucket seats with console, custom seat belts, chrome air cleaner and valve covers, Hurst shifter, Pontiac Rally II wheels, red stripe tires, and the custom deluxe interior. The original numbers matching 7027263 Quadrajet 4 barrel carburetor was rebuilt and remains on the car. I purchased this car in the fall of 2014 from a farmer in Elk, WA who had purchased the car in 1991. The farmer claimed he had only driven the car approximately 100 miles in the 23 years he owned it and it sat in storage the for the majority of those years. Since then, the car has undergone a great deal of work. The interior of this car has just been completely restored back to original quality and color. The door panels, headliner, seat covers, package tray, carpets, dome lens and housing, A-pillar moldings, door sill plates, and dash pad have all been replaced with new products from PUI interiors, OER, and ACC carpets. The original red seat belts remain in the car and still have the original 1967 date code tags sewn to the back of them. The original tire inflation recommendation sticker still remains in the inside of the glovebox door. Additionally, the heater control selector has been rebuilt and a new heater core was installed. The original AM radio and speaker remain in the car but do not play any sound other than a quiet hum when turned on. The car has also been fitted with a factory clock, but it is not currently wired. The exterior of the car remains its original Cameo Ivory White color, but was repainted at some point in the late 1980s. The car shows very well and retains a very nice shine. There are a few slight cracks in the paint towards the front of the hood and passenger front fender as well as some light bubbling at the bottom of the driver's side rear quarter. These are very minor flaws and are to be expected out of a paint job that is approximately 30 years old. Other than the above flaws and a few chips and very faint scratches, the paint on this car looks incredible. The body is very straight and rust free. The floor pans and trunk pan are also extremely dry and rust free. This Firebird has been fitted with the following brand new parts: exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, Goodmark fuel tank, fuel sending unit, rear wheel cylinders, rocker panel moldings, Firebird emblems throughout, rear deck lid Pontiac letters, rear bumper, trim rings, black PMD center caps, black centered lug nuts, and F70-14 Red Stripe tires. The car has 4 original T-3 headlights which all function perfectly. All of the other lights, including the interior lights and the lighted hood tach work as well. The car runs and drives very well and is truly one of the most influential muscle cars of all times. Please call 208-641-9852 for more info. A copy of the PHS documents can be emailed upon request.
