1968 Ford Mustang factory optioned 289 V8 with original paint code "R" which is Highland Green metallic , aka "Steve Mcqueen Green" -has clear Maryland title, title states 90720 miles. odometer states 26754, so it might have 126k -motor does turn by hand but I never tried to start. -needs restoration, has rust on front lower frame rails, not bad but its there. the rest of the car is pretty dry. -we removed the drum pads on the inside of two drums so the vehicle can roll now for towing/shipping. -has clear title and ignition keys and trunk key! -interior is in good shape but dash is badly warped year: 68 plant: Metuchen, NJ Body: 2 door hardtop engine: 289 2v v8 unit#: 105467 color: highland green metallic trim: lt. ivy gold crinkle vinyl and ivy gold kiwi vinyl, standard interior date: April 10th 1968 axle: 2.79:1 trans: c4 automatic This would make a great restoration, a quick one too. everything is there to make a great original Bullet Style car again.
